The Tuscan EVOO

This is a rich, unfiltered, USDA Certified Organic extra virgin olive oil from the Tuscan varietal Ascolano, grown here in Central California. It is late harvested, by hand, and is well-balanced with a slight pungency and smooth finish. Like wine, certain notes of apple and pear are indicated by some...what do you taste? Use The Tuscan whenever you want to highlight a fine olive oil, such as brushing onto freshly grilled asparagus. Harvested November 2023 and bottled to order.
