Summer Wellness Sound Bath

Join us as we kick off our Summer Wellness pop up on Saturday, June 21 with a sound bath with Kayla!

Sound baths are a meditative practice that promote peace and healing through vibrations from singing bowls, gongs, and frequencies.  Reset and relax your mind and body through this community-centered ritual as we celebrate the start of summer!

To ensure your comfort throughout this magical morning, please bring a yoga mat.

This sound bath is the intro to our Summer Wellness Patio Pop up that begins at 11 am - we'll have local makers, flash tattoos, coffee, floral bar, snowcones, and more.
