This sparkling flavor combo came by way of a request at one of our local craft fairs from a fan who remembered it fondly from her time in England. One test batch later, we were sold.
Our Strawberry Champagne Jam blends fresh California strawberries with extra dry champagne for a jam that’s bright, elegant, and just the right amount of celebratory. We cook it down with pure cane sugar and a bit of citrus pectin to achieve a smooth, spoonable texture that’s perfect for everything from elevating your PB&J to pairing with soft cheeses or brunch spreads.
